We offer free shipping on all orders over $149CAD within North America.
Please note: We sometimes do not include original product packaging due to the weight and addition size of the packaging. This allows us to cut down on the environmental impact and gives the customer free shipping on all orders over $149.
All orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders are typically shipped within one business day of credit card authorization via a variety of couriers.
Delivery by Courier
TBS uses a variety of couriers such as Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, Canpar Express, and Fedex to ship all products. Upon check out, customers are given live rates with a list of couriers to choose from. The cost of shipping will vary with the level of service and is calculated based on your address. Please note all service and delivery times are an estimate based on the couriers, not TBS Bike Parts, so this is not a money back guarantee.
Once a product has been shipped a tracking number will be provided via email, and product delivery can be tracked online by the customer. TBS Bike Parts is not responsible for shipments lost by Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, Canpar Express, or Fedex.
Canadian Customers
- Delivery to most destinations in Canada within 2-9 business days from the time of pickup from our warehouse.
- Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, or Canpar Express.
- For Canadian orders no duties or taxes are collected at the door as we are a Canadian online retailer.
American Customers
- UPS Delivery within 3-7 business day to most urban centers in the United States from the time of pick up from our warehouse.
- Fedex Delivery within 3-7 business day to most urban centers in the United States from the time of pick up from our warehouse.
ALL shipments will now have some sort of duties and taxes collected at the door. TBS Bike Parts is not responsible for any of the charges and is the sole responsibility of the receiver. If a package is refused the receiver will still be responsible for the return shipping charge.
International Customers
TBS only accepts PayPal as a method of payment for international orders.
For customers from other countries, please contact us by email and we will quote a competitive shipping rate to your country. Any questions regarding international shipping rates can be sent to service@tbsbikeparts.com.

How fast will my order arrive?
You’ll receive information on shipping once your order has been placed. For specific information on shipping times across the world, please contact us at service@tbsbikeparts.com. If you are located in the Okanagan area, your order will usually take 1-2 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we can ship globally. We ask that you send exactly what you want to order and your full shipping address to service@tbsbikeparts.com so we can get an accurate shipping quote.
For international orders we only accept PayPal as a method of payment.
Who do you ship with?
All orders are shipped via Canada Post. They are very reliable and provide a tracking number. For USA orders we use USPS.
Is an item in stock?
If you see on the product page the “Add to Cart” button then yes, it’s in stock. We only show products that are in stock and ready to be shipped out. If you are wanting a large quantity of something please contact us to make sure we have enough stock.

Does TBS have a storefront in Kelowna?
Unfortunately at this time we do not have a physical storefront in the Kelowna area. However, we do offer free shipping on all orders over $149. We are looking into storefront opportunities as our business continues to expand.
