Do I have to pay any duties or taxes when my order arrives?
For Canadian orders no duties or taxes are collected at the door as we are a Canadian online retailer. For U.S orders duties and taxes will apply.
How fast will my order arrive?
You’ll receive information on shipping once your order has been processed. Orders to Western Canada typically take 1 - 3 business days, depending on where you are located. Orders to Eastern Canada typically take 4 - 7 business days, depending on where you are located. At checkout there is the option to pay for faster shipping options as we usually use expedited shipping.

Will you sponsor me?
At this time we do not offer any sponsorships or grassroots programs. This is something we may look into for the future.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we can ship globally. We ask that you send exactly what you want to order and your full shipping address to service@tbsbikeparts.com so we can get an accurate shipping quote.
For international orders we only accept PayPal as a method of payment.
Who do you ship with?
Canadian orders are shipped out with a variety of couriers such as Canada Post, UPS, Canpar, and Purolator. They are very reliable and provide a tracking number. For USA orders we primarily use UPS and FedEx.
Is an item in stock?
If you see on the product page the “Add to Cart” button then yes, it’s in stock. We only show products that are in stock and ready to be shipped out. If you are wanting a large quantity of something please contact us to make sure we have enough stock.
Why has my refund not shown up in my bank account?
If we’ve let you know that we’ve refunded you, don’t worry it’s on its way! If you’ve paid by PayPal your funds will have been refunded to your PayPal account.
Refunds to credit cards can take up to five banking days to appear in your account.

Does TBS have a storefront in Kelowna?
Unfortunately at this time we do not have a physical storefront in the Kelowna area. However, we do offer free shipping on all orders over $149CAD. We are looking into storefront opportunities as our business continues to expand.
Can I get a discount if I buy in bulk?
Yes, TBS offers wholesale pricing on a deal per deal basis. Please contact service@tbsbikeparts.com and we can discuss further.
Does TBS offer any coupons or promo codes?
No, we offer the best possible price right off the bat. The best way to keep up to date on any sales we may have is to sign up to our newsletter and follow us on Facebook and Instagram.
Does TBS have a price match policy?
Yes, we will price match any online retailer within Canada. The product does need to be in stock. Please send a link or screenshot of the product you would like us to price match to service@tbsbikeparts.com and we can send you a discount code for the difference.
